The new kits for Orbea Rise, from Volabike, allow to increase the capacity of the e-bike by 360Wh or 540Wh, which are added to the capacity of the bicycle’s internal battery, for a maximum autonomy.These kits, are specific to the Ebike Orbea Rise model, with carbon or aluminum frame and with the Shimano EP8 RS engine.Thanks to the disposal of the cells, the available space on the bicycle frame is used to mount an extender with greater capacity, keeping the center of gravity of the bicycle as low as possible.The battery is protected within a semi-rigid hermetic transport bag, which is fixed on the bicycle frame using an aluminum anchor plate in the space reserved for the port.It also has velcro cinches that you can be used to fix the extender in any other position.For its construction the best batteries available on the market are used, using only the cells of the most renowned manufacturers (Samsung - LG), and selecting the best models, both in capacity and in capacity.Also, we use the best available BMS, which incorporate very low-resistance Mosfets, and our own management and protection electronics for a fully reliable and secure use.The connection of the extender kit to the bicycle, is carried out by the original Orbea Rise connection cable, so the connection is carried out with total safety and perfect isolation from the water.The kit includes all the necessary material to perform the installation, as well as all the necessary material to fix the extender in a 100% secure and reliable way to the bicycle frame.It adds detailed manual with pictures and point-by-point descriptions of all steps to complete the assembly.The use of this extender kit is very simple.It is only necessary to charge both batteries 100% and light the bicycle and extend it at the beginning of the route.Both batteries will be charged at the same time.This helps to increase the internal battery life of our e-bike, by decreasing the effort you have to do to power the engine, protecting it from premature waste and avoiding possible failures by overheating.The kit consists of:

The whole kit is sent in a double alveolated carton box, protected with foam to avoid damage in transport.
