Extender BH Core Ebike - Cylindre

New Volabike kit for e-bikes with BH motors with the BH2EXMAG Gen1 and Gen2 and the new BHZ BY SEG motor  . Compatible with BH Core and BH iLYNX models. It allows the e-bike's capacity to be increased by 252Wh or 378Wh, which are added to the e-bike's battery capacity.

Installation is simple, using connectors to connect the extender kit to the bike, without modifying the original wiring, making the kit easy to assemble and disassemble. A detailed assembly manual with photos is included.

The battery is protected within an aluminum case that mounts to a water bottle cage. Only the best cells available on the market are used in its construction, using only those from the most renowned manufacturers (Samsung and LG), and using the best models, both in terms of discharge power and charge capacity. Our kits also feature state-of-the-art BMS electronics, with ultra-low resistance MOSFETs, temperature control, and separate charge and discharge ports. Our batteries feature protection against overcharging, overdischarging, excessive consumption, and double short-circuit protection, both on the charge and discharge ports, making our batteries the safest on the market. To manage battery usage, additional electronics are included with the BMS, allowing both batteries to operate in parallel. This helps extend the lifespan of our e-bike battery by reducing the effort it must exert to power the motor, protecting it from premature wear, and avoiding potential overheating failures.

The entire kit is shipped in a double-walled cardboard box, protected with foam to prevent damage during shipping.

This extender kit model is recommended for installation on road bikes. For mountain bikes, we recommend using extenders in a carrying bag format, as they provide better support for the frame, adapt better to its shape, and allow for the installation of larger battery capacities. We recommend the new 252Wh, 360Wh, and 540Wh kits compatible with e-bikes with BH2EXMAG motors.
