Kit Extender Ebike Avinox DJI cilindro

Volabike Extender Kit for e-bikes with DJI Avinox system

Increase the range of your DJI Avinox-equipped e-bike with the Volabike extender kit, specifically developed for e-bikes using 600 Wh and 800 Wh Avinox batteries. Available in a 252 Wh capacity, this battery extender allows for longer rides while maintaining clean, safe, and efficient integration.

The kit is installed via direct connection to the charging port using exclusive wiring developed by Volabike for the DJI Avinox system. No modification of the bike’s original wiring is required.

The removable mounting system ensures a fully waterproof and vibration-resistant connection, guaranteeing reliable operation even under intensive use such as Enduro or e-MTB riding.

Cylindrical design with aluminum housing

The extender battery is housed in a cylindrical aluminum casing, designed to be mounted in the bottle cage position. This design keeps the center of gravity low and ensures optimal frame integration.

Thanks to the optimized cell layout, the available space is used to its maximum potential, allowing higher capacity without compromising the bike’s dynamic performance.

Maximum quality, advanced electronics, and safety

Volabike extenders are manufactured exclusively using high-quality cells from leading manufacturers such as Samsung and LG, selected for their excellent discharge performance and durability.

All kits include a latest-generation BMS featuring:

• Ultra-low resistance MOSFETs for increased efficiency.

• Active temperature control.

• Independent charge and discharge ports.

• Protection against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short circuits.

The system includes intelligent parallel battery management, allowing the main battery and the extender to work together. This reduces stress on the original battery, extends its lifespan, and minimizes the risk of overheating.

Our extender has been tested and is compatible up to device version 01.03.02.21.

Please do not update to any subsequent versions until we have confirmed that they are fully compatible with our extender.
