For us the choice is clear, cylinder for ROAD ebikes and bag for MTB e-bikes.

Road bikes do not usually have suspension systems that make it difficult to install a cylindrical extender and on the other hand they are not exposed to the blows and vibrations of the broken terrain that country bikes frequent, its main virtue is the ease of complementing it with a bottle of water when we don't need the extender. In the case of MTBs, the choice changes, and we clearly opted for mounting an extender in the Bag.

One of the fundamental factors is the complexity of the mountain ebike frames, since due to the use of full suspension we have to take into account the positioning of the shock absorber to fit the extender, which makes it difficult to install a cylindrical extender that it is more voluminous and with certain dimensions.

On the other hand, the flexibility of the bag helps us to introduce the electronics and the cells in a smaller volume, thereby achieving greater autonomy using the minimum space possible and, above all, with shapes that adapt much better to most ebike frames. of Mountain.
